Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has officially shipped.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at any time via the Track Order page on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, THE ZENVY is not responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. However, we work closely with our logistics partners to minimize these occurrences whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
